| 摘要:为研究非木材纤维制备电气绝缘纸的可行性及应用潜力,本研究以构皮纤维为原料,采用碱-蒽醌法蒸煮制浆、酸/镁盐纯化制备构皮纸,分别对蒸煮碱浓、纯化浓度、打浆度等工艺参数进行了优化;进一步地,经绝缘油浸渍处理制得构皮纤维绝缘纸,对其击穿性能、介电损耗等电气绝缘特性和老化性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,在NaOH质量浓度19 g/L、液比1∶15、140 ℃保温2 h条件下,纸浆得率为36.5%,灰分和木质素含量较低;经5%盐酸纯化处理后,灰分含量降至0.23%,Na+含量为13.7 mg/kg;经2%碳酸氢镁处理后,纸浆抽提液的pH值=7.1,电导率为44.0 µS/cm。打浆度83 °SR时NaOH蒸煮浆所制构皮纤维绝缘纸的交流和直流击穿场强分别为157、279 kV/mm,在工频50 Hz下其介电损耗正切值为0.40%,与针叶木商品绝缘纸相当。在105 ℃绝缘油中老化30天后,构皮纤维绝缘纸的聚合度从1 755降至1 471,表现出良好的热稳定性。 |
| Abstract:To investigate the feasibility and application potential of using non-wood fibers for electrical insulating paper, this study used Broussonetia papyrifera bark fiber as raw material, and prepared Broussonetia papyrifera bark paper via alkali-anthraquinone pulping and acid/magnesium salt purification. The process parameters were optimized, including cooking alkali concentration, purification conditions, and refining degree. Furthermore, the insulating paper based on Broussonetia papyrifera bark fiber was prepared by impregnation with insulating oil, and its electrical insulation properties, such as breakdown strength and dielectric loss, as well as its aging performance, were evaluated. The results showed that under the conditions of NaOH concentration of 19 g/L, liquor-to-solid ratio of 1∶15, and cooking at 140 ℃ for 2 h, the pulp yield reached 36.5%, with relatively low ash and lignin contents. After purification with 5% hydrochloric acid, the ash content decreased to 0.23%, and the Na+ content was reduced to 13.7 mg/kg. After treatment with 2% magnesium bicarbonate, the pH value of the pulp extract solution reached 7.1 and the conductivity decreased to 44.0 µS/cm. When the refining degree was 83 °SR, the AC and DC breakdown strengths of the insulating paper made from NaOH-cooked Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp reached 157 and 279 kV/mm, respectively. Its dielectric loss tangent at the power frequency of 50 Hz was 0.40%, comparable to that of commercial insulating paper made from softwood. After aging in insulating oil at 105 ℃ for 30 days, the degree of polymerization of the Broussonetia papyrifera bark fiber insulating paper decreased from 1 755 to 1 471, indicating good thermal stability. |
