| 摘要:本研究将中间相沥青基(MP)碳纤维进行高温空气氧化改性,再与聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维掺杂,制备高性能碳纸。综合对比不同MP碳纤维掺杂比例碳纸的表面形貌、导电性、拉伸强度、透气性能以及制成气体扩散层的电化学性能。结果表明,MP碳纤维掺杂比例为50%时,制备碳纸性能最佳,拉伸强度为24.41 MPa、透气率为13 455 mL·mm/(cm2·h·mmHg)、面电阻率为4.65 mΩ·cm,并且制成的气体扩散层的电化学性能优于进口商品碳纸。 |
| Abstract:In this study, mesophase pitch-based (MP) carbon fibers were modified through high-temperature air oxidation, and then blended with polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fibers to fabricate high-performance carbon papers. A comprehensive comparison was conducted on the surface morphology, electrical conductivity, tensile strength, air permeability, and electrochemical performance (when used as gas diffusion layers) of carbon papers with different MP carbon fiber doping ratios. The results showed that carbon paper exhibited the best performance when the MP carbon fiber doping rations was 50%, with a tensile strength of 24.41 MPa, an air permeability of 13 455 mL·mm/(cm²·h·mmHg), and an area-specific resistivity of 4.65 mΩ·cm. Moreover, its electrochemical performance as a gas diffusion layer was superior to that of commercially available imported carbon papers. |
