| 摘要:为探究幼龄粉单竹的制浆造纸适应性,本研究以6个月粉单竹为研究对象,对其化学组分、纤维形态进行测定和分析,探究较优的硫酸盐法蒸煮工艺条件。结果表明,6个月粉单竹具有较高的综纤维素含量(75.98%)和较低的苯-醇抽出物含量(1.87%),且纤维长宽比为120,其化学组分和纤维形态符合制浆原料的要求。在升温时间2 h、液比1∶4的固定条件下,经单因素实验和正交实验优化后的硫酸盐法蒸煮工艺条件为用碱量19%(以NaOH计),硫化度25%(以NaOH计),最高温度150 ℃,保温时间2 h。在该条件下,纸浆的卡伯值为23.8,黏度为1 201 mL/g,所制纸张的裂断长为5.32 km,撕裂指数为11.9 mN·m2/g,耐破指数为3.42 kPa·m2/g,纸浆与纸张的综合性能较好。 |
| Abstract:In this study, 6-month-old Bambusa chungii was selected as the research object, its chemical composition and fiber morphology were determined and analyzed, and the optimal process conditions for the kraft pulping method were researched, to investigate the suitability of young Bambusa chungii for pulp and paper production. The results indicated that 6 month old Bambusa chungii had a high holocellulose content of 75.98%, and a low benzene-alcohol extractives content of 1.87%, and the fiber length-width ratio was 120. Its chemical composition and fiber morphology met the requirements for pulp feedstock. Under fixed conditions of the heating-up time of 2 h, and the liquid-to-solid ratio of 1∶4, the optimized kraft pulping process parameters determined via single-factor and orthogonal experiments were the alkali dosage (based on NaOH) of 19%, the sulfidity (based on NaOH) of 25%, the maximum temperature of 150 ℃, the holding time of 2 h. Under these conditions, the pulp had Kappa number of 23.8, and viscosity of 1 201 mL/g, and sheet achieved breaking length of 5.32 km, tearing index of 11.9 mN·m²/g, and bursting index of 3.42 kPa·m²/g. The pulp and sheet exhibited good overall performance. |
