摘要:本研究以巨龙竹为研究对象,对其硅的含量及硅在巨龙竹中的分布位置进行了分析和表征。结果表明,随竹龄增加,4年生的巨龙竹中硅含量由1.02%(1年生)提高至1.24%。在不同部位中,硅含量整体呈现出顶部高于中部和基部的分布特征,其中竹青中的硅含量(0.31%~0.74%)显著高于竹肉和竹黄(0.03%~0.10%),且相邻竹节处的硅含量高于竹节间。硅主要富集于竹青部位表皮细胞的细胞腔内,竹肉和竹黄中仅有少量的硅分布于薄壁细胞的细胞腔、细胞壁和细胞间隙。
Abstract:This study investigated the silica content and distribution in Dendrocalamus sinicus. The results indicated that as bamboo age increased, the silicon content in Dendrocalamus sinicus rised from 1.02% in one-year-old culms to 1.24% in four-year-old culms. The distribution of silicon across different parts of the bamboo showed a pattern where the top portion contained more silicon than the middle and base portions. Specifically, the silicon content in the outer layer (0.31%~0.74%) was significantly higher than in the middle and inner layers (0.03%~0.10%), with higher silicon levels found in the nodes compared to the internodes. The silicon was predominantly concentrated in the cell lumina of the epidermal cells in the outer layer, with only small amounts of silicon present in the cell lumina, cell walls, and intercellular spaces of the parenchyma cells in the middle and inner layers.
