摘要:纤维组成分析是纸张鉴别和纸张纤维分析常用技术手段之一,主要根据纤维染色后的显色和纤维形态进行定性判断,并结合质量因子测定纤维的质量占比。纤维组成的测定结果易受样品状态、染色剂、染色操作等多种因素影响,对检验人员的技术和经验要求也较高,这在一定程度上限制了纤维组成分析法的进一步推广和应用。为深化对纤维组成分析技术的认识,本文系统梳理了纤维组成分析技术的原理与关键流程,重点比较了Herzberg染色剂与Graff “C”染色剂的化学组成、染色特性,并分析了影响染色效果的理化因素,介绍了该技术在造纸、古籍修复、司法鉴定及交通等领域的应用情况。最后,结合人工智能技术和环保政策发展,展望了纤维组成分析技术未来的发展方向。
Abstract:Fiber furnish analysis is one of the commonly used methods for paper identification and paper fiber analysis. It primarily involves qualitative determination based on the coloration of fibers after staining and their morphological characteristics, followed by quantitative measurement of the mass proportion of each fiber type through the application of quality factors. However, the accuracy of fiber furnish analysis results can be significantly influenced by various factors, including sample condition, staining reagents, and staining procedures. Moreover, the method demands a high level of technical skill and practical experience from analysts, which to some extent limits its broader promotion and application. To deepen the understanding of fiber furnish analysis technology, this paper systematically reviewed its technical mechanism and key procedural steps. A focused comparison was provided between Herzberg stain and Graff “C” stain, covering their chemical compositions, staining characteristics, and respective scopes of applicability. Furthermore, the physicochemical factors affecting staining performance were analyzed in detail. The applications of this analytical method in industries such as paper manufacturing, ancient book restoration, forensic identification, and transportation infrastructure were also introduced. Finally, the future development trends of fiber furnish analysis technology were discussed, with consideration of advancements in artificial intelligence and evolving environmental sustainability policies.
