摘要:折痕挺度是决定包装盒成型质量、开合手感及耐久性的关键性能指标。为探究其影响因素,本研究以5种卷烟商标纸原纸及其基材(白卡纸与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜)为对象,系统测试了材料物理性能,并通过制备不同压痕参数的试样,分析了压痕特征与折痕挺度的关系。结果表明,折痕挺度与压痕深度呈显著负相关(R2≥0.813);折痕挺度随压痕宽度增加而上升,这与截面曲率减小、应力分布更分散有关;覆PET膜可显著提升挺度,且PET膜弹性模量越大,提升效果越明显;白卡纸挺度与其紧度呈强正相关(R2≥0.647),但覆PET膜后该相关性显著减弱。因此,通过调控压痕深度、选用高模量PET膜及控制基材紧度,可实现对商标纸原纸折痕挺度的有效调控。
Abstract:The crease stiffness is a key performance indicator that determines the forming quality, opening and closing feel, and durability of packaging boxes. To investigate the influencing factors, this study systematically tested the physical properties of five types of cigarette trademark pack base papers and their substrates (white cardboard and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film). By preparing specimens with different indentation parameters, the relationship between indentation characteristics and crease stiffness was analyzed. The results showed that crease stiffness exhibited a significant negative correlation with indentation depth (R2 ≥ 0.813); crease stiffness increased with indentation width, which was attributed to a reduction in cross-sectional curvature and a more dispersed stress distribution. Laminating with PET film significantly enhanced stiffness, with the effect being more pronounced for PET films with a higher elastic modulus. The stiffness of white cardboard showed a strong positive correlation with its density (R2 ≥ 0.647), but this correlation weakens significantly after laminating with PET film. Therefore, effective control over the crease stiffness of cigarette trademark pack base paper could be achieved by adjusting indentation depth, selecting PET films with a high elastic modulus, and regulating the compactness of the substrate.
