摘要:针对过硫酸盐高级氧化技术(PS-AOPs法)处理造纸废水致COD测定失真的问题,本研究通过监测数据与元素分析(ICP-MS/IC),确认S2O82-、Fe2+及Cl-为核心干扰源,其干扰机制表现为消耗氧化剂引起的正干扰、消耗滴定剂导致的负干扰,并在复杂基质中呈非线性叠加。据此,开发并验证了一种综合消除方案:用Na2SO3还原S2O82-(质量比≥1∶1,90 ℃,60 min,去除率>94%);按Cl-浓度优化HgSO4掩蔽(质量比15∶1,误差<5%);Fe2+化学计量校正。加标回收实验显示,回收率达97%~102%,验证了该方案可有效克服复杂基质干扰,显著提升COD测定的准确性。
Abstract:To address the issue of COD measurement distortion in papermaking wastewater treatment using persulfate-based advanced oxidation processes (PS-AOPs), this study identified S2O82-, Fe2+, and Cl- as the primary interference sources through monitoring data and elemental analysis (ICP-MS/IC). The interference mechanisms manifested as positive interference caused by oxidant consumption, negative interference due to titrant depletion, and their nonlinear superposition in complex matrices. Based on these findings, an integrated elimination protocol was developed and validated: S2O82- was reduced using Na2SO3 (mass ratio≥1∶1 at 90 ℃ for 60 min, achieving >94% removal); HgSO4 masking was optimized according to Cl- concentration (mass ratio 15∶1, with <5% error); and Fe2+ was corrected via stoichiometric calibration. Spike and recovery experiments demonstrated recoveries of 97%~102%, confirming that the protocol effectively overcame complex matrix interferences and significantly improved COD measurement accuracy.
