| 摘要:针对当前轻化工程专业教育中普遍存在的理论教学与实践环节脱节、学生工程实践能力不足等问题,南京林业大学轻化工程专业在“新工科”教育理念指引下,坚持立德树人根本任务,以培养产业需求导向的工程型人才为目标,健全和完善产教融合机制,创新校企协同育人模式,构建产教融合育人平台,提高人才培养质量,优化专业建设与产业发展联动机制,形成完整的“政产学研用”协同育人体系和人才培养模式,打造具有引领性和示范性“轻化工程”产教融合型品牌专业。 |
| Abstract:Addressing the persistent issues of the disconnect between theoretical instruction and practical application, and the lack of engineering practical skills among students in Light Chemical Engineering, the Light Chemical Engineering major at Nanjing Forestry University, guided by the “New Engineering Education” concept, adheres to the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talents. With the goal of cultivating industry demand-oriented engineering professionals, the program had taken comprehensive measures to strengthen and refine the industry-education integration system and mechanisms. It had innovated the university-enterprise collaborative education model, built industry-education integration platforms, and enhanced the quality of talent cultivation. By optimizing the linkage mechanism between program development and industrial growth, a complete collaborative education system and talent training model involving “government, industry, university, research, and application” had been established, aiming to build a leading and exemplary Light Chemical Engineering brand program renowned for its deep industry-education integration. |
