摘要:随着国家“双碳”目标的深入推进,造纸行业作为传统高耗能产业面临严峻的转型压力。当前该行业碳排放主要来源于能源消耗与生产工艺,亟需通过零碳园区建设实现绿色转型。本文提出构建零碳园区的系统性路径,包括能源结构清洁化改造、生产设备能效提升、废弃物资源化利用等关键技术环节,同时需建立碳足迹监测体系与循环经济模式。实践过程中存在技术升级成本高、低碳原料供应不稳定、跨部门协同难度大等现实挑战,需要政策支持与企业创新双轮驱动。
Abstract:With the deepening of China’s “Dual Carbon” goals, the paper industry, as a traditional high-energy-consumption sector, faces significant transformation pressures. Currently, the industry’s carbon emissions primarily stem from energy consumption and production processes, necessitating green transformation through the development of zero-carbon industrial parks. This paper proposed a systematic pathway for constructing zero-carbon parks, encompassing key technological components such as clean energy restructuring, energy efficiency improvements in production equipment, and waste resource utilization, alongside the establishment of a carbon footprint monitoring system and circular economy models. Practical challenges included high costs of technological upgrades, unstable supply of low-carbon raw materials, and difficulties in cross-sector collaboration, requiring dual drivers of policy support and corporate innovation. Findings indicated that zero-carbon park development not only substantially reduced industry-wide carbon emissions but also enhanced overall competitiveness through supply chain synergies.
