摘要:本研究通过CFD仿真分析技术,建立150 t/h生物质锅炉烟气脱硝系统的三维模型,全面评估选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统反应器及烟气流场分布情况,通过优化导流板、喷氨格栅、整流格栅及反应器的设计,确保了烟气速度偏差、速度偏转角、浓度偏差、温度偏差以及压力分布等关键评价指标均符合设计标准,确立了合理的脱硝系统及烟道设计方案,明确了烟气脱硝系统外形结构、入口烟道、氨喷射系统、整流器等外形和布置。
Abstract:A three-dimensional model of flue gas denitrification system of 150 t/h biomass boiler was established by CFD simulation technology to evaluate the flow field distribution of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification system reactor and the flue gas. The design of the guide plate, ammonia injection grille, rectifier grille, and reactor were optimized to ensure that the key evaluation indicators such as flue gas velocity deviation, velocity deviation angle, concentration deviation, temperature deviation, and pressure distribution all met the design requirements. A reasonable design scheme for the denitrification system and flue was established, and the external structure of the flue gas denitrification system, as well as the shapes and layout of inlet flue, ammonia injection system, rectifier, etc. were determined.
