| 摘要:本文以陕西某省属高校轻工学科为例,探讨新时代轻工学科国际化创新人才培养模式的构建。针对当前新一轮科技革命和全球产业变革深入推进下,轻工学科如何应对全球人才竞争力培养、服务国家战略需求的问题,提出“师资、人才、管理”三位一体的“3+6实践路径”方案。该方案通过搭建高层次教师国际交流平台以促进引才引智和师资结构优化,完善国际化课程体系与培养体系以提升人才全球胜任力培养,健全科学高效的管理机制,以推动学校统筹协调,适应纷繁复杂的国际化背景。实践结果表明,该模式显著拓宽了师生国际视野、提升跨文化沟通与学术创新能力,并强化了轻工学科国际合作水平,师资队伍、学生国际化能力与科研平台的协同发展,为轻工学科国际化创新人才培养提供了可复制、可推广的模式经验。 |
| Abstract:In this paper, the construction of an international innovative talents training model for light industry disciplines in the new era was investigated by taking a provincial university in Shaanxi as a case. In the midst of currently evolving technological revolution and industrial transformation, how to deal with the challenges of cultivating globally competitive talent in light industry that aligns with national strategies, a “3+6 Practical Pathway” plan that integrated “faculty, talents and management” was proposed. This program seeked to enhance talent introducing and faculty structure through the establishment of a high-level international exchange platform for academics, improve global competency cultivation by refining international curricula and training systems, and strengthen institutional coordination by streamlining management mechanisms, thereby enabling the university to adapt effectively within a complex global landscape. Practical results demonstrated that this model significantly broadened the international perspectives of both faculty and students, improved their capabilities of cross-cultural communication and academic innovation, and strengthened international cooperation in light industry disciplines. It promoted synergistic development among the faculty, students’ international competencies, and research platforms, providing a replicable and scalable model experience for cultivating internationalized innovative talent in light industry disciplines. |
