| 摘要:制浆造纸产业作为国民经济核心基础原材料产业，正朝着高端化、绿色化、智能化转型升级。广西作为造纸产业核心聚集区，拔尖创新人才缺口成为制约产业升级的关键瓶颈。本文剖析了轻工领域拔尖创新人才培育的育人逻辑与创新理念，以“科创报国、产业深耕”为价值导向，构建了“院士领航、产学研融合、本硕博贯通”的培养模式，通过科教产教双融合、校企双导师体系、赛教贯通等举措，实现了人才培养与产业需求的精准对接，为地方高校对接区域特色产业、破解拔尖创新人才培养痛点提供了思路借鉴。 |
| Abstract:The pulp and paper industry， as a core basic raw material industry supporting the national economy， is accelerating its transformation towards high-end， green， and intelligent development. Guangxi， as a key industrial cluster hub， faces a critical bottleneck in the shortage of top-tier innovative talents， which restricts industrial upgrading. This study analyzed the educational logic and innovative philosophy for cultivating top-tier innovative talents in the light industry field. Guided by the values of “serving the country through scientific innovation and deepening industrial engagement”， it constructed a training model featuring “academician leadership， industry-university-research integration， and undergraduate-master-doctoral continuum”. Through initiatives such as the dual integration of science-education and industry-education， university-enterprise dual-mentor system， and competition-teaching integration， the precise alignment between talent cultivation and industrial demands was achieved. This study provided ideological reference for local universities to connect with regional characteristic industries and addressed the pain points in cultivating top-tier innovative talents. |
