| 摘要:在全球碳中和目标与绿色产业政策驱动下,生物质精炼已成为制浆造纸行业实现绿色升级与多元高值化发展的关键路径。本文系统阐述了“半纤维素优先”“纤维素优先”与“木质素优先”3种模式生物质精炼的技术路线与产品化逻辑。对比分析圣泉集团、UPM洛伊纳、鲍利葛等国内外典型案例,讨论了生物质精炼如何赋能制浆造纸企业构建“浆-纸-化-材”多元化制造体系。分析表明,突破大宗原料与精细产品的成本悖论、保障绿色溢价市场的稳定以及连接前沿解聚技术与现有工业体系,是3种模式各自面临的核心产业化挑战。 |
| Abstract:Driven by global carbon neutrality goals and green industrial policies, biorefining has emerged as a critical pathway for the pulp and paper industry to achieve green upgrading and diversified, high-value development. This paper systematically elaborated on the technical routes and commercialization underlying three biorefinery strategies: “hemicellulose-first” “cellulose-first”, and “lignin-first”. Through a comparative analysis of representative domestic and international cases, including Shengquan Group, UPM Leuna, and Borregaard, the study discussed how biorefining empowers pulp and paper enterprises to construct a diversified “pulp-paper-chemicals-materials” manufacturing system. The research indicated that overcoming the cost paradox between bulk feedstock and fine products, ensuring the stability of the green premium market, and bridging advanced depolymerization technologies with existing industrial systems constitute the core industrialization challenges for the three strategies, respectively. |
