| 摘要:为提升玻璃衬纸的力学强度、耐水阻隔性能及防霉性能,满足玻璃包装运输过程中的防护需求,本研究将不同添加量的纤维素纳米纤维(CNF)与纸浆纤维共混制备玻璃衬纸,系统探究CNF添加量对玻璃衬纸抗张强度、撕裂度、吸水性、透气性、表面平滑度及防霉效果的影响。结果表明,当CNF添加量为15%时,玻璃衬纸的干抗张指数从未添加CNF时的50.0 N·m/g提升至70.0 N·m/g,透气阻力提高至10.5 s,相对吸水性为270%,防霉时间延长了168 h。 |
| Abstract:In order to improve the mechanical strength, water resistance, and mold resistance of glass liner paper, and meet the protection requirements of glass packaging and transportation, this study prepared glass liner paper by mixing different addition amounts of cellulose nanofibers (CNF) with pulp fiber, and systematically explored the effects of CNF addition amounts on the tensile strength, tear strength, water absorption, air permeability, surface smoothness, and mold resistance of the liner paper. The results showed that when the addition amount of CNF was 15%, the dry tensile index of the glassine liner paper rose from 50.0 N·m/g (without CNF) to 70.0 N·m/g, the air resistance was increased to 10.5 s, and the relative water absorption was 270%, and the mold resistance duration was prolonged by 168 h. |
