| 摘要:为实现电磁功能纸的结构快速预测与性能灵活调控,本研究以间位芳纶为基体,在湿法抄纸过程中添加导电碳纤维制备电磁功能纸,通过模拟内部导电纤维网络结构并利用商用有限元分析软件(HFSS)构建电磁仿真模型,在电磁波频率10 GHz下对电磁参数进行高精度仿真计算,并结合实测数据系统分析了碳纤维添加量与长度对纸张介电性能和电磁屏蔽性能的影响,评估了仿真模型的应用性能。结果表明,电磁功能纸的相对介电常数仿真数据与实测结果在数值大小和变化趋势上均具有较好的一致性,不同碳纤维添加量(0.5%~2.5%)和长度(2~9 mm)条件下,模型的仿真误差率分别低于18.5%和34.4%。在碳纤维长度为3 mm条件下,随着碳纤维添加量从0.5%增至2.5%,电磁功能纸的相对介电常数和电磁屏蔽效能均呈增大趋势;在碳纤维添加量为1.0%条件下,随着碳纤维长度从2 mm增至6 mm,电磁功能纸的电磁屏蔽效能呈上升趋势,反射系数与吸收系数同步增大,透射系数持续降低,当碳纤维长度为6 mm时,电磁屏蔽效能达最大值4.49 dB。 |
| Abstract:In order to achieve rapid structural prediction and flexible performance control of electromagnetic functional papers, using poly-m-phenylene isophthalamide as the matrix, this study prepared electromagnetics function papers by adding conductive carbon fibers in the wet papermaking process. By simulating the internal conductive fiber network structure and using commercial finite element analysis software (HFSS) to construct an electromagnetic simulation model, high-precision simulation calculations of electromagnetic parameters were carried out at an electromagnetic wave frequency of 10 GHz. Combined with measured data, the influence of carbon fiber addition amount and length on the dielectric properties and electromagnetic shielding properties of the papers was systematically analyzed, and the application performance of the simulation model was evaluated. The results showed that the simulation data of the relative dielectric constant of electromagnetics function papers were in good agreement with the measured results in terms of numerical magnitude and variation trend. The simulation error rates of the model under different carbon fiber addition amounts (0.5%~2.5%) and lengths (2~9 mm) were lower than 18.5% and 34.4%, respectively. Under the condition of a carbon fiber length of 3 mm, as the carbon fiber addition amount increased from 0.5% to 2.5%, the relative dielectric constant and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of electromagnetics function papers showed an overall increasing trend. Under the addition amount of 1.0% carbon fiber, as the carbon fiber length increased from 2 mm to 6 mm, the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of electromagnetics function papers showed an upward trend. And the reflection coefficient and absorption coefficient increased simultaneously, while the transmission coefficient continued to decrease. When the carbon fiber length was 6 mm, the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness reached a maximum value of 4.49 dB. |
