| 摘要:以20世纪50年代未漂竹化学浆制备的竹浆纸质文物为研究对象,系统解析其纤维形态、化学成分及物理性能,并据此在实验室成功制得结构与性能高度接近的竹浆文物仿制纸。通过开展不同温度下的加速湿热老化实验,系统探究竹浆文物仿制纸在老化过程中的性能演变规律。结果表明,纤维素聚合度与纸张强度随老化时间显著下降,符合Ekenstam动力学模型;白度降低与b*值升高显示纸张明显黄变,高温高湿极大促进了纤维素的酸性水解。基于老化反应的理论活化能为63 kJ/mol,推测在20 ℃储存条件下,该纸张理论寿命约401年。 |
| Abstract:Taking bamboo pulp paper relics made from unbleached bamboo chemical pulp in the 1950s as the study subject, their fiber morphology, chemical composition, and physical properties were systematically analyzed in this study, and the simulated bamboo pulp cultural relics paper with highly similar structure and properties was successfully prepared in the laboratory. By conducting accelerated wet-heat aging experiments at different temperatures, the evolution of the simulated bamboo pulp cultural relics paper’s properties during the aging process were systematically investigated. The results indicated that cellulose polymerization degree and paper strength decreased significantly with aging time, consistent with the Ekenstam kinetic model. The decrease in brightness and increase in b* value indicated significant yellowing of the paper, and high temperature and humidity greatly promoted the acid hydrolysis of cellulose. Based on a theoretical activation energy of 63 kJ/mol for the aging reaction, the theoretical lifespan of the simulated bamboo pulp cultural relics paper under storage conditions at 20 ℃ was speculated approximately 401 years. |
