摘要:本研究以聚醚改性硅黏度和聚醚段结构为关键变量,分析其对乳化制备消泡剂乳液性能的影响。结果表明,聚醚改性硅的黏度由含氢硅油结构、含氢硅油含氢量、催化剂用量、乙烯基硅油黏度、聚醚分子质量等因素决定;聚醚改性硅中聚醚段结构由环氧乙烷(EO)/环氧丙烷(PO)决定。当端侧含氢硅油含氢量0.10%,催化剂用量10 mg/kg,乙烯基硅油黏度2 500 mPa·s,烯丙基聚醚分子质量(EO/PO质量比为3∶7)650 g/mol时,聚醚改性硅黏度为42 000 mPa·s,聚醚改性硅乳化制备消泡剂乳液状态最佳,制浆黑液中水分散性能好、优异硅析出。
Abstract:In this study, by varying two critical parameters of polyether-modified silicone (PEMS) —viscosity and the structural characteristics of its polyether segment, the impacts on the emulsification behavior and functional properties of the resulting defoamer emulsions were analysed. The viscosity of PEMS was determined by multiple factors, including the structural features of hydrosilicone oil, hydrosilicone oil hydrogen content, catalyst dosage, viscosity of vinyl silicone oil, and the molecular weight of the polyether segment. And the structure of the polyether segment within PEMS was primarily governed by the mass ratio of ethylene oxide (EO)/propylene oxide (PO). The results showed that when the hydrogen content of the end/side hydrogen-containing silicone oil was 0.10%, the catalyst dosage was 10 mg/kg, the viscosity of the vinyl silicone oil was 2 500 mPa·s, and the molecular weight of the allyl polyether (EO/PO mass ratio was 3∶7) was 650 g/mol, the viscosity of PMES was 42 000 mPa·s.The defoamer emulsion prepared from PMES emulsified silicone paste was in the best state, with the good water dispersion performance, the excellent defoaming performance, and no silicon precipitation in black puping liquor in pulping black liquor.
