| 摘要:本研究采用跌落碰撞和翻滚实验装置，快速得到纸尿裤吸水后芯体起坨、断层结果，并利用网格法计算纸尿裤吸水后芯体起坨面积百分比，最终根据起坨面积百分比、断层数量、破裂等统计结果，建立三段分级模型，将纸尿裤芯体分为5级。结果表明，三段分级模型可直观、方便、清晰地表示纸尿裤芯体起坨、断层、破裂的检测结果。 |
| Abstract:In this study， a drop collision and roll test device was used to rapidly observe the clumping and cracking of the water-absorbed diapers core. The grid method was adopted to calculate the percentage of the clumping area of the diapers core after water absorption. Combined with statistical data including the percentage of clumping area， number of cracking and breaking， a three-stage grading model was established to divide the diapers cores into five grades. The results showed that this model could present the test results of clumping， cracking， and breaking of diaper cores in an intuitive， convenient， and clear manner. |
