摘要:本课题提出并深入探究了一种新型的组合插接式避雷器与电缆插拔式终端集成化变压器结构设计方案。通过改进变压器高压侧套管结构及引出线方向,实现变压器、避雷器与高压电缆紧凑且高效的连接。应用实践表明,该方案有效减小占地面积,降低土建投资并缩短建设周期。该一体式变压器的结构组成、工作原理、关键技术特征等方面的显著优势,可为紧凑型变电站建设及高压电缆进线方式的优化提供高效、可靠的技术解决方案。
Abstract:This paper proposed and thoroughly investigated a novel integrated transformer design that combined a plug-in arrester and a cable plug-in terminal. By optimizing the high-voltage bushing structure and lead-out wire orientation of the transformer, the design achieved a compact and efficient connection among the transformer, arrester, and high-voltage cable. The application on practice demonstrated that this design significantly reduced site footprint, civil engineering costs, and construction duration. This integrated transformer offered notable advantages in structural composition, operating principles, and key technical features, providing an efficient and reliable technical solution for compact substation construction and the optimization of high-voltage cable routing methods.
