| 摘要:造纸工业作为国民经济的基础性原材料产业，在产业转型升级与智能化发展的宏观背景下，对高校工科人才培养提出了全新要求。本文系统阐述了现代造纸工业林浆纸一体化、产业规模化、纸机高速化、生产绿色化、产品功能化和智能化六大发展特征，探讨了产业变革对人才培养与科技创新在知识结构、能力素养和科研范式3个层面提出的新要求，剖析了当前造纸学科在人才培养体系、学科建设方向与科研范式3个维度存在的结构性瓶颈，进而提出育人体系优化、学科建设强化与科研模式变革的系统性对策。 |
| Abstract:As a fundamental raw-material industry of the national economy， the paper industry faces new requirements for engineering talent cultivation in higher education amid industrial transformation and intelligent development. This paper elaborated six defining characteristics of the modern paper industry， namely the integration of forest-pulp-paper， industrial scaling， high-speed paper machines， green production， product functionalization and intelligentization； examined the new demands imposed by industrial transformation on talent cultivation and scientific innovation in terms of knowledge structure， competence and scientific research paradigm； analyzed the structural bottlenecks confronting the pulp and paper discipline in the talent cultivation system， disciplinary development orientation and scientific research paradigm； and accordingly proposed systematic countermeasures encompassing optimization of the education system， strengthening of disciplinary construction and reform of the research model. |
