| 摘要:生物基纤维材料是以可再生生物质资源为主要原料制备的新型纤维材料，是推动纤维材料产业绿色低碳转型、保障资源安全和落实“双碳”战略的关键。本文系统总结了生物基纤维材料的概念体系、分类特征及产业发展现状，重点分析了再生纤维素纤维、海洋生物基纤维、生物基聚酯纤维、生物基聚酰胺纤维等主要技术路线的发展趋势与产业化进程。围绕原料供给、绿色制造、高性能纤维开发、海洋生物质利用、标准体系建设及创新平台构建等方面，总结了我国生物基纤维产业发展的重点任务和关键工程；重点论述了生物基纤维产业与制浆造纸工业的协同关系，提出制浆造纸工业正由传统纸基产品制造向生物质材料平台转型，可为生物基纤维规模化、高值化和绿色化发展提供重要支撑。 |
| Abstract:Bio-based fiber materials are new types of fiber materials prepared from renewable biomass resources， which are crucial for promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the fiber materials industry， ensuring resource security， and implementing the dual-carbon goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. This article systematically summarized the concept system， classification characteristics， and the current status of industrial development of bio-based fiber materials， and focused on analyzing the development trends and industrialization processes of major technical routes such as regenerated cellulose fibers， marine bio-based fibers， bio-based polyesters fiber， and bio-based polyamides fiber. Regarding aspects such as raw material supply， green manufacturing， high-performance fiber development， marine biomass utilization， standard system construction， and the establishment of innovation platforms， it summarized the key tasks and key projects of the development of China’s bio-based fiber industry. It also focused on discussing the collaborative relationship between the bio-based fiber industry and the pulp and paper industry， proposing that the pulp and paper industry is transforming from the manufacturing of traditional paper-based products to a biomass material platform， which can provide important support for the large-scale， high-value， and green development of bio-based fibers. |
