| 摘要:本文从轻化工程专业视角，围绕劳动教育赋能轻化工程专业课程思政，分析劳动教育赋能课程思政的逻辑遵循，探讨劳动教育在轻化工程专业中的育人价值、专业价值及时代价值。针对融合意识不足、教学衔接不紧及协同机制不健全等现实困境，提出在“大思政”格局下，通过将劳动教育系统融入专业课程、优化实践环节以及建立健全长效运行机制，为轻化工程专业人才培养提供理论参考与实践路径。 |
| Abstract:From the perspective of light chemical engineering education， this paper examined how labor education empowered the construction of ideological and political education within professional curricula. It first analyzed the underlying logical foundations through which labor education supported curriculum-based ideological and political education， and then explored its educational， professional， and contemporary values in the context of light chemical engineering programs. In response to existing challenges such as insufficient integration awareness， weak alignment between labor education and professional teaching content， and underdeveloped collaborative mechanisms， this study proposed practical pathways under the framework of “integrated ideological and political education”. It included systematically embedding labor education into professional courses， optimizing practice-oriented teaching processes， and establishing sustainable long-term operational mechanisms， thereby providing both theoretical insights and practical references for talent cultivation in light chemical engineering programs. |
